The customer seems to think that you don’t need to tighten the rockers up really tight he has tightened them up to spec 11lbs. Do you know the exact lb specification? As when I put them on my vs I just tightened the hell out of them and they worked fine.

Unless otherwise stated, our manifold insulators reusable items. All that is required is that they're cleaned properly (removing excess silicone etc.) prior to re-installation.
