To modify my V6 VY I would need new lifters, bearings if not included with cam, roller rockers (as well as previously mentioned items). Is there anything else that Mace could suggest?

Unless you suspect a spun bearing or are having issues I would keep the stock bearings. No need to upgrade or replace roller rockers unless there is a current issue or very high km.
