2. L67 3.8L Supercharged V6 Bolt On Package

If you have undertaken the mods from our 'Budget Package' or want even more power out of your supercharged V6 without wanting to resort to any form of intercooling, then we suggest the following 'bolt-on' mods in this order:

1. 10 PSI (3.4") boost upgrade kit
2. 1.90:1 high ratio rockers
3. Cold air intake for VS L67 V6 / Cold air intake for VT-VY L67 V6
4. Cooler thermostat
5. Bored out throttle body (95-02, 02-04)
6. Recalibrated memcal
7. 25MM Supercharger manifold insulator / 6.35MM Supercharger manifold insulator

The supercharger manifold insulator is not required if you have future plans of intercooling. Also, the thermostat is difficult to replace without removal of the supercharger and may not be a high priority mod at this stage unless the supercharger is already being removed.

This combo will result in a greater power increase than the 'Budget Package' mods (especially when coupled with a free flowing exhaust). Expect a significant increase in overall drivability, power and throttle response. With a full exhaust system, gains of around 50rwkw are not uncommon.

NOTE: Extractors are not essential at this stage but can be installed if most of the above mods have been undertaken.
