Are we able to turbo charge a l67 through the M90 to run it in series?

Unfortunately, we don't deal in turbochargers at this point in time. However, you can turbocharge an l67 through the M90 supercharger in an efficient manner as long as the setup you form resembles that given below. Filter -> AFM -> turbo-> intercooler -> original throttle body -> supercharger -> intercooler -> engine.
If two coolers are technically unfeasible, just skip the cooler between the turbo and the supercharger.
