FG Falcon throttle controller
I have Mace throttle controller for 2009 FG Falcon. Faults to ECT fault immediately on set up after countdown. If turn ignition off and back on ECT fault clears but then comes back if change setting to 6 or higher or whilst driving. I have disconnected battery for one hour and then installed whilst battery disconnected but same error.
Unit has been replaced with same fault happening. Any help please as support stating i have correct throttle controller. Thanks

Thank you for sharing the details, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you have experienced.
As the issue is occurring with both the original and replacement units, it is unlikely that the throttle controller itself is faulty. The ECT fault typically indicates that the vehicle’s ECU is detecting an abnormal throttle signal or voltage reading.
To assist you further, could you please provide the full vehicle details, including the exact model, build year, and engine specification? This will allow us to verify compatibility. To ensure complete accuracy, we will also confirm the details with the manufacturer.
In the meantime, we kindly ask for your assistance in returning the throttle controller to us. Once the item is received, we will promptly process your full refund.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Kind Regards,
