We certainly can. Please find the fitting instructions attached. Please note that given you have a VY you'll need to replace the pushrods as well, which the fitting instructions don't mention. However this is a simple case of removing your original ones with your fingers and installing the new ones in reverse, insuring that the pushrod end has seated properly with the lifter. Another thing to be mindful of is that if the rockers you have come with socket headed cap bolts (which require an Allen key to fasten), then they need to be torqued up to 23 ft/lb. Otherwise if you have the factory rocker bolts then these need to be torqued to 11 ft/lb
