Will I be able to use the Mace CAI (CAI803) for a Holden VS Series III SS Ute with my come racing twin throttle body manifold?Also does this kit include the filter? Please suggest if there are any other options.

You should be able to use this item from memory. Worse case you may have to use a longer section of hose for the job.Another option to consider would be to use our universal CAI, and modify the COME Racing snorkel to 4 inch as shown in the links below. This would definitely be an ideal solution:
