Generally in a NA and low-boost application, you can get away with using the factory springs. However, you would want to upgrade these as well, from a reliability perspective. Ideally, you would run 130# springs and a double-row timing chain set. Otherwise, if you were on a budget then I would recommend running the 105# with the factory chain set. It would depend on your application however to specify more elaborate details of the build is required. My advice would be to first dial the cam in, as per the cam card, then advance the timing by 2 degrees to improve torque in the lower RPM range.
