If I wanted to get a cam for a VT 5 speed manual V6 but it had a VY motor in it would the stage 2 VT manual cam suit my engine?

The cams would be the same, however, you would need a VT cam and chip package, unless you’ve changed the wiring loom and computer to suit a VY as well, therefore you’ll need a package to suit a VY instead.
