That interference fit of around .05mm is about right from memory
In the case of HOLDEN SUPERCHARGER V6 BOOST UPGRADE for Holden VS-VY. How tight is the fit supposed to be between the pulley and the hub? I've got an interference fit of about .05 at least. I'll take a measurement when my tools come back from calibration
