I have a manual VY will the auto L67 loom wire to the manual box?

The only thing that will wire up to the manual gearbox would be the vehicle speed sensor. You would still need to modify the auto loom for the reverse switch, such that the reverse light can come on when the reverse gear is selected. You’ll also need to modify the inhibitor switch wiring such that the car will be able to start without the presence of an automatic transmission. My advice would to get a hold factory wiring diagram and make the changes from there
