We can supply a reprogrammed PCM to suit the larger throttle body but not the MAF, which would require a custom tune (the MAF).It is dangerous for the engine to run the over sized MAF without having it remapped / tuned so please do not refit it until it is re tuned.  The over sized MAF .without a re tune will cause a lean condition and the engine can detonate, destroying the internals of the engine..The MAF you have appears to be one of our earlier ones, which works fine with a custom tune
