I just bought a VT V6 memcal chip from Mace, is there anything that I have to tell you in regards to engine/exhuastomodifications? Do I need to send my old one or do you just program a complete new chip?

Yes, you need to tell us exactly what engine and exhaust modifications have been done to the car.
