Are the CROW CAMS HYDRAULIC ROLLER LIFTERS (Order no.: SPG606) pre-set for use in L67 engines or is adjustment required prior to installation?

No adjustment is required prior to installation as they're a hydraulic lifter. The only thing required is to leave the lifters overnight in a bath of oil. These will fit your L67 engine without any problems.
