I’ve got a raptor charged Ute (175kw, manual) making 219rwkw. Do you think a Cam package would take it to approx 249rwkw or could it go higher because of the charger?

You should achieve such power gains, if not even higher gains because of the charger (assuming the camshaft is installed and adjusted correctly.
