This item will fit your WH but it is designed for a MAFless set up. If you still have a MAF than you will need a MAFless tune done to be able to fit it.
Will the COLD AIR INTAKE TO SUIT HOLDEN VT-VY LS1 V8 MAFless, fit on my standard WH Statesman? The only modification it has is extractors.
