This modification is safe if you stick with what’s recommended,10psi is the way to go on a stock engine running 98 octane fuel. Running 95 octane fuel the max you can run is an 8psi (3.6") pulley. The cost would depend on individual workshop prices, but if it helps generally it would take around 1 hour to install. In saying this though you may be able to install it yourself.
