Once again fitting is easy ( DIY ) there must be something I don't know as I have seen in forums where others cannot remove the plenum lid. I have broken timber trying to lever off.I have run a stanley knife around the seal. I have looked for hidden bolts

You still need to remove the 4 bolts which are hidden under the alloy plenum cover. Please refer to the fitting instructions. When you attempt the install the manifold insulators PLEASE call us so I can give you a run down as we don't have clear fitting instructions for these at the moment.
