If I got the bored out and polished throttle Body for my vy2 would I have to do anything to the engine control unit?

If you have a manual VY V6 then it is fine as is. If you have an auto then, depending on your driving style, would need to get ecu reprogrammed to suit. We can supply replacement computers calibrated to suit our larger throttle body.
