I am going for an upgrade of valve springs, retainers and timing chain set .Will these upgrades work with a supercharger/turbocharger if I put one at a later stage?

Despite the camshaft profile not being ideal to be used in conjunction with boost (supercharger/turbocharger) it would still work. However you would require a custom tune for it to work with a supercharger, therefor the memcal tune to suit the cam will not be suitable for use in conjunction with a supercharger.
