Given your approximately budget and desired outcomes, I would recommend a manifold insulator, 69mm throttle body and a tune to suit. A set of rockers and a CAI kit would certainly help to complement some of the previously suggested items
I had my mind set on some high ratio roller rockers but I then found out they are only really useful in the high rpms which is good but I don't expect to be revving too often so I want something for the downlow/mid range power. What's your recommendations
