I have a Holden SV6 MY10 just wanted to find out what its capable of for performance. In the future I'm looking at getting a turbo for it I just would like to know if I have to change anything internal to the engine for the turbo kit?

It you're running a low boost kit (less then 7psi) then you won't have to change anything internally for long term reliability
