Would Mace recommend using the 25mm or the 12mm intake manifold insulator with a twin throttle body set up?

Long story short, if you were sticking with bolt on mods then I would stick with the 25mm manifold insulator. Otherwise if you had a cam and were aiming to make strong mid to top end power gains, I would stick with the 12mm manifold insulator.
