Unfortunately, it will have to be a custom-made item. Seeing as you're in New Zealand, I wouldn't know who I could recommend for the work sadly.
I've been looking for an inlet adapter for a MP90 supercharger for ages and am having no luck in finding one. Magnuson used to make them but have said they have none in stock and can't help me. What I'm after is something simillar to the 78 mm Passenger
