Purchased a lovely 05' VZ SV6 Commodore. Found your site and looked up some parts, read some instructions for some modifications and doesn't seem too hard to do at this point. I've never had any experience with car modding/maintenance but 'am interested!

This is great to hear that you're willing to give working on your vehicle a go. Given your limited experience, but willingness to learn, I would recommend getting a hold of a reputable workshop manual such as a Gregory's manual to suit your vehicle. This would certainly take a good portion of the guesswork out from working on your car.
