It says that I need to have a custom tune with the cams, why can't I just buy your ecm retuned to run these cams or is the performance that I would get not worth the money for the cams unless I get a custom tune?

Unfortunately, we don't have enough calibration information to reliably supply mail-order tunes to suit larger camshafts for Alloytec engines. If you had a later model VE Commodore then it wouldn't have been a problem as we would have been able to offer you a remote custom tune to suit. In saying this though, we may be able to offer mail-order tunes to suit VZ-cammed Alloytecs in the future.
