If the part number of the CROW Cam you have is 8531562 and are intending on running our 1.9:1 ratio rockers, then it won't be an issue however you'll need to run the following items.

If you have a set of our 1.98:1 ratio rockers, then you won't be able to use them with the previously quoted cam without machining the valve guides down and running even stiffer springs due to the created valve lift. If you have one of the CROW Cam higher rocker specific camshafts, as shown in the link below, then it won't be an issue with running either rocker rocker.
