Would tuning decrease the life span of a completely stock and new Car? E.g. engine wear? I am looking to keep my car for a number of years as it was a brand new car for me.

Depending on the calibration regime we adopt, in particular for the automatic transmission, it could potentially have an impact on the life cycle of the vehicle. In saying this though, the main points which have a far greater influence on vehicle life cycle is driving style and vehicle servicing. On the vehicle servicing note, we would recommend that the engine oil and filter is replaced every 5,000 to 7,500km on even a completely standard vehicle, contrary to what the manufacturer recommends.
