Can I fit the high ratio rockers as well as the stage 2 cam or is that no good, would it be better to just fit the cam or to just fit the rockers

Generally we would not recommend running higher ratio rockers in conjunction with a larger cam unless advised by a professional, or the cam that has been specifically designed to suit higher ratio rockers such as the cam given in the link below:

The main reason for this is that engine damage may result due to excessive amounts of lift.
