Are the ULTRA HIGH RATIO ROLLER ROCKERS FOR ECOTEC AND L67 V6 applicable for a VY series ecotec or only up to VX series ecotec?

These rockers are only applicable up to VX models with ecotec and L67 engines. This is due to VY models with ecotec and L67 engines, having less clearance around the pushrod area.
