I have been looking at running higher ratio rockers for a LS1 engine. I have an upgraded cam in it, so I am just seeing if you've heard if anyone has had valve to piston problems before.

It would depend on the cam specs to be honest. However it would not unreasonable to have piston to valve clearance issues, depending on the size of cam used, in conjuction with higher ratio rockers. My advice would be to talk to an engine builder to confirm.
