Does your Product no.: BPROC801 "Comp Cam Re-Usable Rocker Bolts to suit the Holden Commodore V8 engine "also fit Holden V8 red block heads ?

Given the bolts that come in this kit are M8, then they would not suit a Holden V8 engine as they run imperial rocker bolts.
