All of the items you've listed would be helpful with improving bottom end torque/driveability with the exception of the extractors, as they tend to improve top end at the expense of bottom end torque.
When I purchase the throttle body and memcal for my VS ecotec, would the roller rockers be a massive help? with it being a bit piggish, as I am leaning towards the extractors being the cause of it having no power down low?
