Is there many differences between VS-VX and VY V6 throttle body?

The main difference is that the IAC valve port is larger on the VY V6 throttle bodies compared with the earlier throttle bodies. As a result you cannot use an earlier V6 IAC valve on a later model VY V6 throttle body.
