Not exactly. You would still need to either modify the throttle linkage or run an LS throttle cable along with a custom tune to suit the larger throttle body. Also, given the size of throttle body you're planning on running, you would need to port the adapter plate to suit the larger throttle body as the opening on these adapter plates are to suit the standard LS1 throttle body which is 75mm.
