Assuming your email account is in working order, and our emails don't end up in your spam folder, you would automatically be emailed a parts request at the end of the auction. If you select the tool based option, you will then be sent an additional payment request for the security bond for the tool. Once payment has been made you would then need to let us know such that we can keep track of it accordingly. Once the tool has been returned back in working order we would then refund the security bond for the tool back in full.
