I have your 10pound pully on my vt Calais and I cannot stop the belt from squealing have had it on for the same time and have tried soap belt grip ETC but no joy still has a load squeal when cold and just bearable after it warms up can you give me a tip t

Is the belt perfectly in line with the idler pulley and balancer? Has the supercharger belt been installed the right way? As it can be installed in two different ways. To give you an idea in regards to how it is supposed to be installed, please refer to the belt diagram in the link below:

Please note that the supercharger hub needs to be flush with the end of the snout and the belt needs to be installed such that there is one spare rib exposed on the pulley on either end.
