It would be a good idea to replace gasket/seals as you've described, especially the yellow O-rings between the intake and supercharger as they can leak water from that area if reused. This aside, it could be possible that your thermostat is stuck closed causing it to overheat, in which case we would recommend replacing it. We do offer a cooler thermostat and associated gaskets to suit.
