t you're running at least a 10 psi pulley then it will be work while. In saying this though, depending on your current mods, it might be worth while undertaking other upgrades first

Is the 12MM PLENUM SPACER to suit Holden V6 VS-VY suitable for none supercharged/turbo engines?
Yes it is, but it's also suitable for these engines as well. However if you have a supercharged or turbocharged engine, then ideally you would go with the 25mm version.
