With your L67 V6 Boost Pulley Upgrade Kit, do ya need to check the allen heads constantly to make sure they stay tight?
If tightened properly, it won't be an issue. In saying this though, it wouldn't be a bad idea to re-tighten the screws after a few days of initially installing the kit.

It does not. This is reflected by the fact that we've never come across a shaft breaking.

There isn't; just need to make sure that the screws bite into the aluminium pulley.

With your stage 1 COMP Cam and tune package to suit a V6 ecotec, what sort of power gains should I expect? Please note that I already have extractors, twin cats and a 2 1/2 inch exhaust and an ss inductions growler.
You should expect gains of around 20-25rwkw with our COMP Cam stage 1 kit.

Would a set of 1.9:1 ratio roller rockers go good with stage 2 COMP Cam on my VS V6 Ecotec or would a set of upgraded springs be better?
We would not recommend a set of 1.9:1 ratio rockers with this cam as it would cause engine damage. Upgrading valve springs, while not necessary, is recommended with this cam.
