If I fit both items (Ford BOSS Manifold Insulator and Plenum Spacer) will I have any issues with clearance to the bonnet?
While reassembly of the manifold with the spacers will be tight, there should not be any clearance issues with these spacers (MI801 and MI805) when fitted on a BA, BF, or FG Falcon.

It's a straight bolt on item. It will run fine without a retune.

If Holden attempt to flash your engine and transmission controllers with the latest calibration they won’t be able to if you already have our calibration flashed.

All the parts needed for the job come in the kit. Please note though that some brackets/linkages may need to be modded to suit, depending on the Ford 6 you have.

Once the tool is returned back in working order you can allocate the bond money against the tool towards any upgrade of ours you wish.
