With regards to the droning issue on a VY V6 ecotec wagon with a free flowing "cat back" system, are there any other options? As in a free flowing, relatively quiet rear resonator that would address this?
It would. However now that I think about it, your best bet would probably to run a factory 2 1/4" twin system from a VZ alloytec wagon or from a VT to VZ V8 wagon. Please note though that you would...

With the 25mm plenum spacer on the Mace website it says only recomended for forced induction applications, will it still work under naturally aspirated or am I better off just getting the 12mm spacer?
Given you have a naturally aspirated ecotec, we would recommend our 12mm plenum spacer (Part number: MI608) instead.

With the cold air intake what would the best ones be for my VE Alloytec with a set of pacemaker headers and 2 100cpi cats with twin 2.25" exhaust?
In regards to peak performance, I would go with the Orrsom OTR

With the high ratio rockers is any tuning required to get noticeable gains?
No tuning is required. The performance gains advertised are with the standard tune. In saying this though, even greater gains than those advertised are possible with a tune to suit.

With the increased height after installing 12mm worth of spacer/s on MY10 SV6 SIDI 3.6L LLT Auto Ute, will anything need to be cut or modified for the bonnet to close? Or anything modified around the back of the engine, below the windscreen?
Just the shroud around the back of the engine may need to be trimmed.

With the insulators is that to do with the intake manifold because I am going to be getting the CPR6 manifold since I can't supercharger it then I will be getting the OTRCAI put on it, will that sort of get my low end power back up again or will it help s
The CPR 6 will fit on your engine with the manifold spacers. Unfortunately, the bigger the cams the higher in the rpm range the power band will be.

With the L67 conversion for my VY Ute do I have to get the ECU matched to my BCM?
You don't have to use a manual loom, you can use your current auto loom modified to suit Please refer to the first answered question from this email.

With the Mace raptor supercharger, how is it conducting psi into the engine? Is it a opening into the intake pipe or what?
Given that the Raptor superhcarger is a centrifugal type compressor, it create its boost/psi inside the supercharger.

With the MACE/VCM OTR since it comes with 6mm manifolds would you do the 12mm instead for like 40 more dollars?
No problem, you can upgrade to the 12mm manifold insulator for an extra $40.

With the memcal for an L67 can the shift points be altered and also the rev limiter lifted?
In regards to our mail order Buick/Ecotec/L67 memcals, we alter the shift points but we leave the rev limit standard.
