I'm looking to upgrade the boost on my L67 VY Calais. I'm planning on buying a CAI and I'm wondering what the possibilities for boost pressures are if I was to run a CAI and a tune. Is it possible to run more than a 3.4" pulley with a tune?
With a custom tune you would be able to run a 3.2" pulley (12psi pulley), given your proposed mods. Otherwise with a standard tune or one of our memcal tunes, the most you can safely run would be a...

I'm not sure if the tune on yours has any changes to transmition shifts as I'm running original mitsubishi diff , it seems like top gear is around 70 Km , trying to get economy down on a Mitsubishi L300 Van with an L67 supercharge.
We can change shift points in the transmission without any problems. All you need to do is let us know your desired shift points and we'll take it from there.

I'm swapping a 2000 model VX Commodore L67 motor into my 2003 model VY series 2. I'm trying to sort out the wiring as my vy commodore doesn't have the 3 main plugs that are at the rear driver side of the hood like the VX. Do you guys do a wiring kit to fi
Given the conversion that you are undertaking, we would recommend using the original VY wiring loom, while slightly modding it to suit the L67 and getting the original PCM reprogrammed to suit the ...

I'm wanting to have my blower and inlet ported for W2A intercooling as I want to cool it in the future. At this stage I will be running it with a 25mm insulator would I have to change the shape of the outlet of the insulator to suit the W2A porting for
You would have the port the L67 insulator plate the same as the W2A blower/manifold port profile for greatest gains.

I've acquired a L67 from a damaged VT commodore which I have just found out it was from a deceased estate and hasn't been run for approx 10 years! I have since done a conversion into a rodeo, along the way, having a few issues with the electronics! I now
It would be a good idea to replace gasket/seals as you've described, especially the yellow O-rings between the intake and supercharger as they can leak water from that area if reused. This aside, i...

I've been looking for an inlet adapter for a MP90 supercharger for ages and am having no luck in finding one. Magnuson used to make them but have said they have none in stock and can't help me. What I'm after is something simillar to the 78 mm Passenger
Unfortunately, it will have to be a custom-made item. Seeing as you're in New Zealand, I wouldn't know who I could recommend for the work sadly.

I've been offered to buy a 3" intake pipe with a MAF to go with it for a VZ 05 wagon Executive. Do you believe a 3" intake pipe (steel pipe) would be beneficial over the stock intake pipe? Please advise?
I would not recommend replacing the MAF in an Alloytec as this may cause problems. In regards to upgrading to a 3" steel pipe, under rear world conditions, you would be going backward in power outp...

I've been reading on the L67 forum about the DIY vs fuel rails to suit L67s with A2A. Was just wondering if you will be making them and selling them?
I've seen the write-up on the L67 torque forum, and would not recommend the way that they’ve modified the fuel rails (cut and weld) to relocate the fitting on them. I say this as it will cause prob...

I've been told I could put a supercharged L67 motor in my commodore and run the same loom and ecu all I need is a memcal suited. Is this correct?
This is generally correct. To give you an idea in regards to the L67 conversion process into a Commodore, please refer to the link below: http://mace.kayako.com/Knowledgebase/List/Index/744/l67-con...

I've done the 10 psi pulley upgrade on my otherwise stock L67 VT. How do these rockers work with that?
These rockers work like a small cam by basically increasing the engine's intake and exhaust valve lift, which ultimately makes it easier for the engine to breath, making more power.
