The $450 to port blower and TB I’m happy to pay that, any reason why it’s so much more than all other porting combined? Is it much more difficult? It’s a shame Mace don’t offer that service anymore!
A lot more work involved. With time scarce these days, it makes it hard to be able to offer this service directly. BUT you'll definitely be in good hands :)

The 2 holes closest to the throttle body are also blocked up. This shouldn’t matter as the spacer blocks these holes anyway.
This is correct and also how all of the local M90 supercharger housing are.

The 3000RPM power which I am getting on my 2009 VE SV6 Commodore is that fair or am I getting that due to bigger cams? I'm pretty sure I'm running 350RWTQ at 3300RPM.
That would be with the 226 degree cams.

The Cam that suits high ratio rockers listed on Mace website under part number CAM607 and CAM608 do they suit both the 1:9:1 and the 1:98:1?
These cams suit both the 1.9's and the 1.98's.

The COLD AIR INTAKE MANIFOLD INSULATOR to suit ALLOYTEC
It will fit your VE MY09.5 Alloytec without any problems.

The complete A2A intercooler would fit KY VS comm ecotec as I have a m90 for it at home?
Assuming that you’ll be installing the L67 top end on your ecotec (cylinder heads, manifold blower etc.), then it will fit.

The composite inlet manifold seems to be pretty good stock so do I need to go for something like the CPR6?
The composite manifold is good and can be ported/modified a little, which is fortunate as the CPR6 manifold would not suit your engine due to the different port geometry.

The conrods to suit Ford Falcon BARRA 4L Turbo – BA BF FG XR6, are they the direct replacement for the factory ones?
Yes, they are.

The current issue with my car is that the ABS light is staying on and the hazard lights are not working. At low revs while the car is coasting the hazard lights would intermittently flash and the door locks would go up and down. Please advice?
There may be an issue with one of the sensors for the ABS, as for the hazard lights it could be related to the Body control Module. It also sounds like your BCM is playing up or possibly a bad earth.

The customer seems to think that you don’t need to tighten the rockers up really tight he has tightened them up to spec 11lbs. Do you know the exact lb specification? As when I put them on my vs I just tightened the hell out of them and they worked fine.
The rocker bolts should be tightened up to the specified 23ft/lb. This can be done accurately using a torque wrench.
