Please find attached a photo. In the photo I have placed a white arrow to a hole that is not drilled on my water to air (W2A) intercooler plate is present in all instruction photo's. Should I drill a hole here?
That hole is not applicable to Australian L67 engines, therefore it presence can be ignored.

Purchased a lovely 05' VZ SV6 Commodore. Found your site and looked up some parts, read some instructions for some modifications and doesn't seem too hard to do at this point. I've never had any experience with car modding/maintenance but 'am interested!
This is great to hear that you're willing to give working on your vehicle a go. Given your limited experience, but willingness to learn, I would recommend getting a hold of a reputable workshop man...

Regarding the Flash Tune is there something that has to be done by customers at home or does Mace have a workshop that tunes and installs this stuff as well?
Generally yes, only because it can take a number of days for the calibration updates to be ready each time.

Should I get a larger 85mm MAF from you guys or will my 78mm one perform just as good? And the response was "if you are getting a custom tune, I would stick with the larger MAF. Does that mean my bigger 78mm is fine or do you mean the 85mm one?
Any MAF larger then factory is fine, provided your tuner is happy to use it.

Size of VCM OTR COLD AIR INTAKE FOR HOLDEN VT VX VY VZ V8 filter panel?
The filter size on this plastic OTR is approximately 305 x 145mm.

The fact that your Orrsome OTR on your VE SIDI V6 is causing.

It varies, however, for a Cruze limited modifications, the logs would need to be around the 15-30min of mixed driving.

Correct, with the exception of the silencer ports which we'll leave as they are.

Thanks for the injector info, saves me going down that path.
Going larger injectors at this point in time won't give you performance gains, and will only create complications

These are a press fit piston.
