Will a stage 1 COMP cam or stage 2 work well with the standard torque convertor on my L67 VX Calais?
Both of these cams work well with the standard torque converter, however the Stage 1 cam is better suited to the standard torque converter.

Yes, it will be ok. Just note with an NA-specific cam it will generally bleed off more boost than say boost specific cam or a standard item.

Any pulley larger then a 16psi pulley would require the snout the be machined down.
