Mace wrote that you can maybe get a 5kw gain when the growler advertises 12kw gains. Is this just marketing for the growler or is it actually that much better?
The gains between the products would be quite similar, due to product design similarities.

MACE-VCM OTR COLD AIR INTAKE, MANIFOLD INSULATORS
You would get more top end with the MACE-VCM OTR over the ORSSOM OTR, plus stronger bottom end torque with MACE-VCM OTR due to the included manifold insulator. In saying this though, you can always...

If your supercharger is currently in good working order (not noisy), then there would be no need to get your supercharger rebuilt before you get the boost upgrade kit.

My lad has just blown up his motor in his ute and we have been told that we require a new or exchange motor so I was just wondering if we have any motors to suit and if so how much?
Unfortunately, we don't have any replacement engines at this point in time, however, this may change in the future.

My main concern with undertaking any modifications is the effect that this will have on the LPG vapour injection system on my VY V6 Ecotec.
Assuming that you have a quality LPG vapour injection system, then it won’t be an issue.
