Yes, it is possible however you need our fitment kit and you need to be running our 6mm manifold insulator. The price for the kit is $180.

Is it possible to get a manifold gasket with lager inlet passages to allow for further porting?
If the manifold gasket your referring to is the manifold insulator we cannot make it bigger, however it is easy to port.

You would require to get it done. We can port the insulator at no extra cost with the rest of the components.

Is it possible to run the L67s on E85 for more power? The current modifications are 10 psi pulley, 1:9.1 rockers, HSV exhaust K&N filter. What would I require apart from a tune?
It is. Ideally though it would require an appropriately upgraded fuel system (fuel pump, injectors, ethanol compatible fuel hose) and a custom tune to suit.

They will certainly work well with the cams.

To avoid having to running a thinner oil pump cover, you can run multiple timing cover gaskets instead.
