Is a rocker cover spacer required for installation?
All of our ecotec roller rockers have been designed to fit underneath the factory rocker covers. No spacer is required

Is HSV Memcal better then the one which Mace offer? As with HSV's the top gear is around 70 km.
The HSV memcal is ok, but there is certainly opportunity for improvement over that calibration.

Is INTERMEDIATE INTERCOOLER KIT for HOLDEN SUPERCHARGED 6 L67 the best intercooler for my VY L67?? I like most others want to get the most KW out of my car.
We just need to clarify a couple thing first as we have a couple options that will suit. Are you aiming to use the stock tune or a custom tune?

Is it absolutely necessary to get 1.9 or 1.95 rockers with your A2A or W2A Intercooler or if I can just run it on stock rockers? Will there be good gains?
It's not, and you'll still see genuine gains with the intercooler kit and standard rockers. If you have any more questions please don't hesitate to ask.Kindest Regards, Steve

Is it common for 25mm Ecotec manifold insulator's to discolour? After a few months it looks like it's been soaked in oil. Is it common or possibly have a deeper issues?
There would be no problem with the insulator. If it's soaked in oil you may have PCV issues or something related.

Is it correct that a 12mm plenum spacer is recommended with a N/A (Naturally Aspirated) VS V6 rather than a 25mm Plenum spacer?
That is correct, the 25mm plenum spacer is designed for supercharged/turbo applications. We highly recommend people go for the 12mm plenum spacer for N/A applications.

Is it possible for Mace to provide me the cam specs? I would like to get a cam that's fairly lumpy on idle.
The specs for CAM616, as shown in the link below is 210 degrees of duration at 0.050" of lift. Depending on the intake and exhaust system, these cams would certainly create a nice note on idle. ht...
