Why does the timing chain kit TC411 -TC412 not suit the 140 KW models of NAVARA D40, YD25?

They do not suit because the sprockets are thinner on the 140KW model. When you put a double row sprocket on the crank, it pushes out the crank helical gear which reduces the contact area between the balance shaft gears. Some suppliers have made 1/2 thickness crankshaft helical gear to drive the balance shaft idler gear. This causes the idler gear to wear excessively and shed metal which contaminates the engine oil causing damage to the oil pump first and then the rest of the engine.
